I pay balances in full every month and try not to inflate my lifestyle.

Rent
I’ve been using Bilt credit card to pay monthly rent for almost a year. So far everything has been working great/
$1 in rent is 1 point and I believe 1 point is ¢1.5, so roughly 1% cash back. It isn’t much, but it’s better than nothing with ACH.
The catch is that they require 5 monthly non-rent transactions to qualify for the rental points. Topping up Amazon balance with $1.00 qualifies as valid transactions.
